Had an amazing meal at Busan Korean Restaurant in Xavierville. Roasted samgyupsal kimchi jjigae - P299 (but u can get it for only P199 on lunchtimes) Loved the soup, tofu, and the smokiness of the meat. Mozzarella overload kimchi fried rice - P299 with luncheon bites. We enjoyed this too! Yangneom chicken - P399 ok with me but I guess u can skip it Overall Busan offers amazing Korean food.

This quaint little Korean restaurant is located at the corner of F. Dela Rosa and E. Abada streets in Loyola Heights. Parking is limited - there are only 2 slots directly infront of the restaurant. The restaurant itself serves simple Korean dishes. The curated menu is not that plentiful, but you'll get a few choices of Korean fried chicken, some classic dishes like Kimchi Fried Rice and Sundubu Jiggae. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the ambiance is an A+. They serve 3 Ban Chan with your meal - with the iconic Kimchi as a staple. They also serve mocktails that play on Tanghulu caramelized fruits. Overall it's a good place with prices that are relatively affordable for the area. The serving sizes aren't that huge but you can get a few dishes and share them amongst a small group without breaking the bank. This is definitely something worth trying out when you're in the area!

Pros: - Korean or Soup cravings will be satisfied with their tasty and plentiful serving - One order of the soup could cover up to 2 people if u have other orders on the side - Kimchi Jigae beef was good and tho spicy it wasn't overwhelming - Solo Budae Jigae had so many meat/sausage I didn't expect and wasn't able to finish - Staff were friendly and quick - I love that there is a free side per table (we were given 1 despite being 2 people, maybe that's their ratio) but it also has a free refill which satisfied my fishcake cravings Cons: - the cr is far (inner part of the building) and not for the maselan - not a lot of parking space considering it's small coverage - fries and chicken were okay, nothing special for me but a good thing to have while eating the soup

Would rate it 5 stars but the pork samgyup and seondobu jiggae were too salty that it made me dizzy when i got home. But we love the snow cheese chicken and also the dumpling. Loved their kimchi jiggae that we ordered via grab before.

We tried their lunch set promo and it was such a sulit deal! We ordered the Samgyupsal Set and the Fried Chicken Set, and both came complete with rice, soybean soup, generous servings of meat, and a wide variety of side dishes. Grabe, ang dami nilang banchan — definitely a plus for anyone who loves Korean meals. We also got the Mozzarella Overload Tteokbokki, and it lived up to its name. Cheesy, comforting, and perfect to pair with the lunch sets. The location is nice, the place is easy to spot, and overall the experience is very budget-friendly for the quality and portions you get. If you’re craving Korean food without breaking the bank, this spot is worth checking out! ????????

I recently visited this place and had a great experience! The place is quite small, so there’s usually a queue, but don’t let that stop you. The staff are organized — they take your order in advance while you’re still waiting in line, so once you’re seated, your food comes out in just a few minutes. Super efficient! The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. Despite the limited space, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is freshly cooked and flavorful — definitely worth the short wait!
